Terms of Service

The service

We offer continuing education courses in vascular access and related clinical skills, delivered in person at scheduled sessions. Class content, location, and scheduling are at our discretion and may change.

Registration

• One registration per person per session. We may refuse or cancel duplicate registrations.
• You must provide accurate contact information.
• Our courses are intended for practicing healthcare professionals. Credentials may be requested for certain courses.
• Seat availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Payment

Full payment is required to confirm your registration. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment card information. All prices are in US dollars.

Cancellation & refunds

You may cancel your registration at any time from your My classes page.

• Cancellations made 14 or more days before the session starts: eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of the session: your seat will be released but no refund will be issued.

Refunds are processed within 3 business days to your original payment method.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method. Bank processing times may add 5–10 business days beyond our issuance of the refund.

Attendance & no-shows

You are responsible for attending the session you've registered for. If you do not attend and have not cancelled in advance, no refund will be issued and your seat is forfeit.

Course content

All course materials — including slides, handouts, videos, and exercises — are the intellectual property of Bevel Up Training LLC. You may use them for your personal professional development. Redistribution, resale, or public posting of materials is not permitted.

Conduct

We expect professional conduct during our sessions. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe, without refund.

No medical advice or certification

Our courses are continuing education and skills training. They are not a substitute for professional judgment, facility protocols, or licensure. Certificates of attendance, where issued, reflect participation only and are not certifications of competency.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any course content.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bevel Up Training LLC's total liability for any claim arising from the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific registration at issue.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
