  • Payment information: processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. We retain only the transaction record (amount, status, receipt).
  • Registration records: which classes you've registered for, attended, or cancelled.
  • Standard web data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, collected via server logs for security and debugging.

How we use your information

  • Process your registration and payment
  • Send registration confirmations, class reminders, waitlist notifications, and receipts
  • Respond to inquiries you send us
  • Maintain class rosters and attendance records
  • Prevent fraud and enforce our Terms of Service

We do not sell your information. We do not send marketing emails.

Who we share information with

  • Stripe — payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy.
  • Brevo — transactional email delivery (confirmations, reminders, etc.).
  • Law enforcement — if required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property.

Data retention

We retain registration and payment records as required for tax and accounting purposes (typically 7 years). You can request deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing us, subject to our retention obligations.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie required for the site to function (e.g., keeping you logged into your class history). We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Our Service is intended for practicing healthcare professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
